Kate is trained through the Wellcoaches program and is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach and a certified yoga instructor. Kate has been working in Integrative Health since 1998 when she worked at the Mind/Body Medical Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. Kate also completed programs for holistic cancer coaching and yoga and cancer. As part of respective research studies funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health, Kate trained hypertensive research subjects in the areas of Mindfulness and the Relaxation Response. Kate has a background in education and yoga, which she has found especially useful in dispersing health and wellness information. Kate brings to her clients a non-judgmental and authentic listening style and a belief that all have the ability to reach their wellness goals. Her specialties include personal growth, finding balance, healthy eating, and stress reduction.
Maureen Rose Doran is a registered, licensed dietitian, yoga & mindfulness meditation teacher. A long time student of mindfulness, Maureen has taught yoga & mindfulness meditation for 12+ years in corporate, community and healthcare settings. At the Penny George Institute for Health & Healing, Maureen provides integrative nutrition consultations and is the senior facilitator of the Mindfulness Training program and Resilient Life Program.

They bring vast experience and rich backgrounds in a variety of health-related fields to their practice, including counseling, nursing, nutrition science, and exercise physiology.
Lori is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. She completed her health coach training through the Mayo Clinic in 2015. She is also a certified music therapist and yoga teacher. In her work in wellness and education, Lori has a special focus in areas of mindfulness, self-compassion, yoga and resiliency. She strongly believes in helping guide those she works with to rediscover their innate wisdom on their path to enhanced wellbeing
Kali is a certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches and holds a master's degree in holistic health studies. She also is a certified yoga instructor, specializing in gentle yoga and meditation. Rooted in community health and community education, her professional background led Kali to support her clients' wellness journeys through fun and inspiring classes and programming. In 2014, she started facilitating Mindfulness Training with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing and continues to offer the series in the East metro Allina Health hospitals. Kali is passionate about taking back the present moment in our lives and continues to complete and pursue additional certifications to support her own mindfulness practice.
Stacy has over 18 years of experience in health promotion and the healthcare field. She specializes in chronic conditions management, mindfulness training, wellness and exercise development, physical activity in the youth through the older adult. As an avid runner and strength trainer, Stacy is passionate about nutrition, sleep, mindfulness and physical activity as medicine, and how they together can change the physical and mental outlook in individuals. She believes in the power of her client's goals and living your truth every day. She promotes and integrates scientific research, education, and practical applications of sports medicine and exercise science to maintain and enhance fitness, health, and quality of life. She is excited to be serving as a liaison for the prevention and reversal of chronic disease throughout the county at Buffalo Hospital, part of Allina Health.
