THIS CLASS IS BEING OFFERED ONLINE ONLY. ***Allina Participants must attend 5 of 6 classes LIVE to avoid being charged for the full class.*** Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of significant sources of stress - such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems or workplace and financial stressors. It means "bouncing back" from difficult experiences. Resilience is not a trait that people either have or do not have-we all have aspects of resilience. The behaviors, thoughts and actions that build resilience can be learned and developed in anyone.
