THIS CLASS IS BEING OFFERED ONLINE ONLY. YOU MUST ATTEND 5 of 6 CLASSES LIVE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED THE FULL CLASS FEE OF $160 AND TO EARN WELL BEING POINTS. The Mindfulness Training program is designed to help participants recover a calm, stable mind and lasting contentment even in the face of difficulty. This six-week in-person series offers highly effective tools to help manage stress and achieve a higher state of well-being. Participants will learn to stabilize their minds and increase resilience through mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga.
