Mindfulness Training

Practicing mindfulness can help you recover a calm, stable mind and lasting contentment even in the face of difficulty. This six-week series offers highly effective tools to help you manage stress and achieve a higher state of well-being. Learn to stabilize your mind and increase your resilience through mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga.
Mindfulness Training is inspired by Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, which was based on a model in Jon Kabat-Zinn's book, Full Catastrophe Living.
Mindfulness requires diligence and practice for maximum benefit. Due to the popularity of the program, make-up sessions are not available. In order for us to provide the best possible service to all our clients, it is very important that you commit to the class for which you have registered. All participants must give a minimum 7-day notice prior to the first class session to withdraw from the program. This allows us the opportunity to offer your seat to another participant. No refunds will be given if you cancel your registration less than 7 days before the first class session, and you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee to a future class.
Once your group session has begun, you may not switch to another group. Due to confidentiality concerns, you will not be able to attend another group's sessions for makeup dates.
