Diane is a Nationally Board certified Health and Wellness Coach, has completed training through Wellcoaches and she has also completed Therapeutic Coach training through the Meta Institute. She brings 14 years of nursing experience including positions in the Emergency Room, Endoscopy and Hospice to her work as a Wellness Coach. This combination of compassionate nursing alongside intuitive coaching enables clients to take an active role in their health and receive meaningful support and accountability to become who they want to be. Mental wellbeing includes our emotional, psychological as well as our social wellbeing and it helps determine how we relate to others and manage our stress. Many factors contribute to our mental wellbeing such as family history, biological factors and life experiences such as trauma. This webinar will cover a broad overview of mental wellbeing issues and will include ideas about how to build a strong support system and what resources are available.

What can we learn from it and how can we reduce it?
Research is showing the overwhelming positive health effects of laughter. In this session, you will learn how to "lighten up" your life by finding the humor in everyday life. You will also gain tools such as joyful breathing and creating laughter memories.
Attend this 3 week series and learn a different mindfulness technique each week, to help enhance your focus and combat stress. We will discuss and share ways we can implement these into our daily lives. Each technique will be practiced during the 30 minute sessions.
