YOU MUST ATTEND 5 of 6 CLASSES LIVE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED THE FULL CLASS FEE OF $160 AND TO EARN WELL BEING POINTS.

The Mindfulness Training program is designed to help participants recover a calm, stable mind and lasting contentment even in the face of difficulty. This six-week in-person series offers highly effective tools to help manage stress and achieve a higher state of well-being. Participants will learn to stabilize their minds and increase resilience through mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga.

Participants must sign payroll contract before participating.
Additional Information
In order for us to provide the best possible service to all our clients, it is very important that you commit to the class for which you have registered. All participants must give a minimum 7-day notice prior to the first class session to withdraw from the program. This allows us the opportunity to offer your seat to another participant. No refunds will be given if you cancel your registration less than 7 days before the first class session, and you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee to a future class.

Maureen Rose Doran is a registered, licensed dietitian, yoga & mindfulness meditation teacher. A long time student of mindfulness, Maureen has taught yoga & mindfulness meditation for 12+ years in corporate, community and healthcare settings. At the Penny George Institute for Health & Healing, Maureen provides integrative nutrition consultations and is the senior facilitator of the Mindfulness Training program and Resilient Life Program.
