Description
Growing in Self-Compassion
Audience: All care-givers
Content: Personal Growth
All caregivers carry their own wounds. When those wounds find adequate healing, they transform from being constraints to our compassion toward others and vocational vitality, to deep gifts for connection and shared humanity. We can become "wounded healers." The path to healing our wounds begins with growing in self-compassion. This class utilizes the Internal Family Systems model as a tool for this growth.
