Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of significant sources of stress -- such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems or workplace and financial stressors. It means "bouncing back" from difficult experiences. Resilience is not a trait that people either have or do not have-we all have aspects of resilience. The behaviors, thoughts and actions that build resilience can be learned and developed in anyone.

About Creator
Lori is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. She completed her health coach training through the Mayo Clinic in 2015. She is also a certified music therapist and yoga teacher. In her work in wellness and education, Lori has a special focus in areas of mindfulness, self-compassion, yoga and resiliency. She strongly believes in helping guide those she works with to rediscover their innate wisdom on their path to enhanced wellbeing
