Breaking Through the Fog: Loneliness and Connection
Have you ever been in a crowded room, and still felt alone? Loneliness has been labeled an epidemic in the United States, with many of us feeling stuck in the fog of disconnection. The COVID-19 pandemic has only exacerbated our experience of real, and perceived, isolation. In this course, we will explore where loneliness comes from, how loneliness impacts our bodies and spirits, and what loneliness can teach us about our core human need for connection. We will also explore concrete strategies you can use for building healing connection with yourself, and the world around you.
